Mounira Mitchala
Endowed with an exceptional voice and an outstanding energy, the singer and songwritter Mounira Mitchala is one of Africa's rising stars. After years of training in a country where it is not easy for a young woman to express herself, she has managed to assert herself on D'jamena's music scene.
Recipient of the French "Découvertes RFI" prize in 2007, she shared the stage with Ismael Lô and her performance in "African Divas" project has drown a lot of attention.
