Mandekalou
The Mandekalou group (The Mande folk) brings together five famous griots in order to revisit the legend of Soundiata Keïta, founder of the Mandingo empire. Kassé Mady Diabaté, Sekouba Bambino Diabaté, Kandia Kouyaté, Kerfala Kanté and Fodé Barojoin forces with the help of producer Ibrahima Sylla to tell the story of Western Africa and pass the tradition on to the young generation.
