Maciré Sylla
Maciré Sylla was born in Conakry but she spent several years of her childhood in the countryside. Her grandmother taught her the old songs giving her traditional roots and a musical legacy. At a tender age, she entered the Soleil d'Afrique ballet and became after a few years solo singer and dancer. She settled in Europe in the 90s to pursue her own career.
