Lyricson
Lyricson was born in Guinea in 1979. He grew up in Liberia but, because of the civil war, his father took him on to the U.S.A. At the age of 15, he discovered reggae and rastafarism and started to sing regularly. He soon settled in the West Indies where he did his first recordings with the Red Zone crew. Manu Chao met him and recruited him as an opening act and backing singer for his world tour, giving him a chance to perform in front of stadiums filled with people. That was the beginning of a trully international carreer.
