"Nuit sur écoute" by Lipitone is the acoustic transcription of the topography of Bougouni, a village in Mali. Made of sounds exclusively sampled at night, it is a musical trip somewhere between traditional and electronic music, and contains samples of ambient, dub and even excerpts from radio programs. Released in 2002 on Frikyiwa, France.
