Jenny Alpha
The Martinique actress, Jenny Alpha, born in Fort-de-France on April 22, 1910, played in more than a hundred pieces of theater and movies. But before becoming a great actress, Jenny Alpha devoted the first part of her life to music and dance.

The idea of the album came from the meeting of Jenny Alpha and David Fackeure, a passionate Biguine pianist. The recordings started from 2005. Though she did not sing for a long time, Jenny Alpha quickly proved that she did not loose any of her vocal and musical qualities, showing an exemplary professionalism, giving body and heart to her interpretation.
