Clifton Chenier
Clifton Chenier was born in 1925, he is a Zydeco musician. Zydeco is blend between Cajun music and Jazz and Blues influences. He is an accordion virtuoso, his father taught him how to play at a very early age. He became famous in 1954 when he recorded his first album 'Clinton's Blues' which proved to be a great success! Then, he toured and his career was crowned with a Grammy Award in 1983. He died in 1987, leaving his son behind hhim: C.J. Chenier who produces concerts and albums to make his father's music live.
